Civic performance by local RATT talent

 March 23, 2017

RATT were asked to perform for Civic leaders from across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

The Mayor of Rugby, Cllr Sally Bragg had invited local dignitaries to a tour of the town centre including stops at The Close at Rugby School and the Webb Ellis Statue, and ending up with a visit to Rugby Art Gallery and Museum, and the World Rugby Hall of Fame.

At the end of the tour, afternoon tea was served at the Art Gallery and Museum, where Oliwia Dragon and Duncan Arrow (RATT Musical Director) entertained the guests.

Cllr Bragg said: “I was delighted to welcome so many fellow mayors and council chairman to Rugby and help showcase the town’s heritage with our Town Guides.

“It was also a wonderful opportunity to promote the World Rugby Hall of Fame, the Art Gallery and Museum, and one of my Mayoral charities, Rugby Area Talent Trust”.

Oliwia and Duncan had been working on a special set of four songs specifically for the event, ending with a very appropriate rendition of Hall of Fame, by The Script.
